Cancellation Policy
We will refund or reschedule any booking up to 48 hours before your visit. Any refunds will be minus a £5 admin fee but there is no fee for rescheduling. If you wish to cancel your booking you can do this yourself by logging into your account, going to 'My Bookings', click the button 'Manage' and select 'Cancel'. If you wish to reschedule your booking you can do this yourself by logging into your account, going to 'My Bookings', click the button 'Manage' and select 'Reschedule'. You will then be redirected to the booking calendar. For a refund please email hello@seasaunasheringham.co.uk with the booking details (Name, Date, Time, Location). If you do not show up or cancel on the day of your booking you will not be refunded or rescheduled.
